Shipping & Returns
Orders are usually shipped within 1 business day. Actual delivery time depends on USPS. USPS has been very slow and having issues lately. You can visit their website here for more information.

All returns and exchanges require authorization - best to email Support@LydiaTurner.shop and we will be happy to process it for you. Do not return packages to us without authorization! Customer service will authorize the return or exchange and send you a link to print a return label.

My Canine Kids - Lydia Turner stands behind all of our products. We will replace any manufacturing defects for any reason. Please contact us and we will get back to you with instructions as soon as possible.
All sales are almost always final - there are exceptions, of course, as sometimes things don't go as planned. We try to accommodate dogs of all sizes and shapes first.
If your item qualifies for an exchange, we will be happy to exchange it for a different size within 30 days of the date of purchase.
Please always check the size chart - it is very accurate and if you measure your pet based on their weight, you will almost certainly find the right size. The size chart is for reference only - use the weight range as a starting point. It is not an exact size, so look for the closest measurement - remember all items are adjustable. If you are unsure, we recommend that you size up.
In some cases, an exchange is truly not possible. If your item qualifies, we can issue you a store credit (no expiration date) that can be used towards a future purchase or refund.
We do not recommend ordering 2 or 3 sizes and consider returning the size that doesn't fit. Please email or call us first and we will be happy to assist you with sizing issues.
For Exchanges and Returns:
Products must be in mint condition with original tags and original packaging.
Please understand that we cannot exchange "minor wear" items. This means - no dog bites, no chew marks, no torn labels, no stains - nothing - nothing - no exceptions!
Items returned untagged and unpackaged will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Refunds are subject to a $6.95 handling fee which will be deducted from your refund. We do not refund original shipping costs nor do we cover the cost of returning merchandise. We ship prepaid labels for your convenience. It takes approximately 15 business days from the time we receive your return to process your refund.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS:
You are welcome to return your item to us. We can provide a store credit towards your next order. International orders cannot be exchanged, you must return the item to us and place a new order.

SHIPPING
All orders are typically processed and shipped within 1 business day. If there is an exceptional reason for a delay in shipping, we will contact you by phone or email.
Once your order has been processed, we unfortunately cannot make changes. Our warehouse operates two shifts, especially during this holiday season.
If your order is the wrong size or the wrong color of item, please email SUPPORT@LYDIATURNER.SHOP immediately and we will do our best to cancel your order and you can place a new order to correct any errors. We can only cancel an order if processing has not yet begun.
US Shipping Information:
Shipping is $8 for orders under $70, and free for orders over $70. We ship most orders via the US Postal Service. If you choose a different carrier, please contact us for pricing.
Most items arrive within 3-10 business days of dispatch. We also offer express delivery within the US for an additional fee. We are not responsible for invalid or incomplete addresses. We do not offer next-day delivery. SalesSupport@LydiaTurner.shop.
International Shipping Information:
We can ship internationally using USPS International Economy First Class Mail. Please note that tracking is not good - we cannot track the tracking history of a package once it arrives at its destination. Small international packages often take 3-6+ weeks to arrive at their destination. Also, packages often arrive at a central distribution center and are scanned as delivered, but may not necessarily arrive at your home. If you receive such a delivery notification and have not received your package, it may take a few additional days for delivery. Please also note that we are not responsible for any local VAT or customs duties that may be incurred.
If the package is not delivered, we will gladly refund the cost of the product. Unfortunately, we cannot refund shipping costs as the package is always shipped and once it leaves the United States, it is no longer under our control. Shipping costs will be calculated at the end of the checkout process.

You can choose the best service at checkout. We usually ship using USPS FC International, but you can also choose expedited service.
