Shipping and Delivery
All orders are typically processed and shipped within 1 business day, 2-3 days on weekends. If there is a delay due to an exceptional reason, we will contact you by phone or email.
Once you press "Submit", your order will begin to process, but unfortunately we are unable to make changes or edits.
If your order is the wrong size or color, please email us immediately and we will do our best to edit your order and correct any errors promptly. We can only edit orders if processing has not yet begun. If your order is in progress, we can cancel it and you can submit a new corrected order. Please check your information before submitting!
Always verify the delivery address! We often encounter delivery address errors due to the autofill option on your phone/browser. We are not responsible for packages that are sent to the wrong address and not received at the address you provided. If you find an error in the address, please email us immediately at Support@LydiaTurner.shop and we will do our best to help you.
If a package is suspected to be lost, the best first step is to contact your local post office and provide tracking information so they can track down who your mail carrier is and where the package may have been lost. You can always email Support@LydiaTurner.shop for assistance. Once we receive a scan of the package, it is no longer available. Due to USPS regulations, we will attempt to locate the package, so to ensure that the package is truly lost and not just delayed, we cannot file a claim within 45 days of the date of purchase.
US Shipping Costs and Times
Shipping is only $8.00 for orders under $70, and free shipping for orders over $70
. Most of our orders ship via the US Postal Service. If you choose a different carrier, please contact us for pricing.
Most items are delivered within 3-10 business days from the date of shipment. However, we may be affected by delays caused by USPS or other carriers.
Express delivery within the United States only, additional charges apply. Please contact us.
We are not responsible for invalid or incomplete addresses.

International Shipping Information:
We can ship internationally using USPS International Economy First Class Mail, or in certain countries UPS/DHL.
Please note that USPS International tracking is not very good - we cannot follow the package tracking history once it arrives at the destination country.
These small international packages usually take 3-6 weeks to reach their destination. They usually arrive at a central distribution center and are scanned as delivered, but may not necessarily arrive at your home.
If you receive such a delivery notification, but have not received your package, it may take a few additional days for delivery. It is best to contact your local post office immediately and provide tracking information so they can locate your item.
Please also note that we are not responsible for any local VAT or customs duties that may be incurred.
If the package does not arrive, we will be happy to refund the cost of the product.
Sorry - but we cannot refund shipping costs because we always ship packages and once they leave the United States, we have no control over them.
Shipping costs are calculated at the end of the checkout process.
International Orders (excluding Canada, see below):
You can choose the most convenient method at checkout. International orders are shipped very slowly unless you choose an express service.
Shipping to Canada:
You can choose the best service at checkout. We usually ship using USPS FC International, but you can also choose an expedited service. Please note that due to COVID-19, shipping times may still be significantly longer. Read more
